Richard has had epilepsy since the age of 3. He believes a positive mental attitude is vital when living with epilepsy.

Sally-Anne has had epilepsy since being a teen. She leads a full life and doesn't allow her epilepsy to get in the way.
By sharing your experiences, it may help others who are going through a similar experience or offer support to those who fear they may be the only people struggling with the effects that epilepsy sometimes brings.
